You are invited to submit your abstracts for Metabolomics Circle Wrocław 2023. Abstracts should be written in English, the official language of the event.

 

Deadlines:

Please, remember the following important dates:

• January 19, 2023: deadline for submitting abstracts.

• January 19, 2023: deadline for registration for the conference.

• January 20, 2023: information whether the abstract has been accepted/rejected.

• January 27-28, 2023: conference dates.

 

Abstract submission:

• Abstracts should be submitted via e-mail metcircle2023@pwr.edu.pl.

• All abstracts must be submitted in English.

• Volume: max 3000 characters (without spaces) ready for printing, MS Word for Windows format (.doc).

• Paper size: A4.

• Margins: left and right – 20 mm, top and bottom - 25 mm.

• Font: Times New Roman; font size - 12 pt, single spacing.

• Title: in bold type, capital letters, Times New Roman, font size - 16 pt.

• Name of author: font size - 14 pt.

• Affiliations: Include data for the authors at the top of the abstract as follows:

       - name, family name;

       - work place (university, institution, company);

       - contact address;

       - telephone, e-mail.

• Corrections to abstracts can only be made until the deadline: January 19, 2023.

• The notification of acceptance/rejection of the abstracts submitted will be sent to you via email by January 20, 2023.
